This two-week Challenge is dedicated to adding goodness to the world and happiness to your day. Why would you want to participate in this Challenge? There are many benefits to adding a dose of kindness to your day. Being kind is healthy. For our bodies and our minds. At work. At home. Wherever you are, kindness is contagious. How does it work? Every day for two weeks you have an individual 'Challenge'. Then share what you discovered with the rest of the group in our private online Community. This Challenge gives you access to the Community discussions for two more weeks. The Challenges can be done when you have time. Each Challenge lets you explore and reflect on how your acts of kindness impact others & you. What topics are covered? It’s a surprise. 😉
